The First Home Owners’ Grant
The First Home Owners’ Grant was increased to $30,000 on November 20th 2023 for eligible first-time home buyers to buy or build a new home in Queensland
First Home Vacant Land Concession
The first home vacant land concession only applies to vacant land valued under $400,000 and can save you up to $7,175.
